Mystic Messengers is symbolic images, representing a concept, idea or scene. They bring the reader to a deeper level of understanding. The symbolism they carry, connects us to a higher spiritual plane. Our thoughts are the seeds that the spirit will grow our emotions and feelings, through our interactions with those whom we care about. It is often what we feel strongly about, that brings about the deepest feelings.
We can find many references to the concept in the Bible. In the Old Testament, Moses' mother placed the baby in her lap, because she 'loved him not', but as we would put it today, we do not 'know' someone, until we come into contact with them. This also links us to a higher level of communication, since we know in part what it means to love someone.
Jesus Christ also repeatedly said that he loved his friends and family, even though he did not particularly like them. This again links us to communication between heart and head, and also between our hearts, and someone else's. When we are moved by an experience, we share that experience with others. It's that sharing that bonds us to others. Communicating heart to heart requires patience and kindness - qualities we commonly display in trying to communicate love.
What Does Hearts Doing in Mystic Messenger?
The concept also has biblical roots in the stories of Esther and Samson. In Esther, the king of Persia burned to death because of the punishment of adultery, because his people had married their maids before God's anger befitted such acts. In Samson, the abducted Samson and took him to Egypt, where they treated him much worse than the other men who'd loved him. When he returned home, God had mercy on him and set apart him and his family. It was only then that he learned what it meant to love someone with kindness and compassion.
Our modern-day culture often has difficulty finding ways to share our most personal feelings, especially when those feelings are not expressed in words. But there is a wealth of communication between heart and mind that can help us to connect deeply with one another. When I'm writing a poem or recording an affirmation, I am sending my soul - along with all my love and gratitude - to my heart messages. My heart messages are always for you.
Just as a child grabs a piece of paper and writes a new song, all my messages come to me from within. They are written directly from my heart. I have no outside source to validate them. I simply feel them when I write them. I can't be sure you've heard of someone who wrote a message from their heart exactly the way they felt, but if you haven't, go out and do it.
Of course, loving messages from your heart are not the only thing that can enter your Spirit World. Your thoughts can also enter - along with your emotions and even your body. All of these things are equally important when talking about Heart Messages. The fact is, everyone has access to all three areas at the same time. So, while you can always rely on your heart to send you love messages, your thoughts and emotions can also bring you messages from your heart.
How do hearts do in mystic messenger? The answer is that they show us what we need to transform ourselves into our authentic selves. We can think we're being true to ourselves when in reality we are only fooling ourselves. We must choose to be whole, complete and in complete harmony with ourselves and others. If we don't, then we'll continue to live in false perceptions, aspirations and self-defeating behaviors.
